Chicken And Vegetable Lo Mein

Simple and easy stir fry dish combines chicken, with vegetables and noodles. Stir-fried until perfectly cooked and topped with bits of peanuts.
Ingredients -
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves, diced
1 (1 pound 5 ounces) package Frozen Lo Mein Stir Fry Vegetables and Noodles
1 cup Fresh Snow Pea Pods
3 tablespoons chopped Dry Roasted Peanuts
 
Preparation:

1. Heat oil in wok over medium high heat.

2. Add chicken to wok and stir fry until chicken is no longer pink.

3. Remove from wok. Cover to keep warm.

4. Add frozen vegetables and noodles, pea pods, and sauce packet. Mix well.

5. Cover. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp tender.

6. Return chicken to wok. Heat through. Sprinkle peanuts over top.
